Oracle Vs SAP : A case of Copyright Infringement

Recently a court in the US ended a trail with a $1.3 billion federal jury award against SAP for stealing software from Oracle to try to woo away customers.The award is the largest over the copyright infringement. Lack of Patents: Economic Loss to India
